How should I care for my new clothing item?
Vinyl/screen print:
WASH: Inside out with like colors on cold or delicate
DRY: Lay flat and air/hang dry.
Embroidered:
WASH: Cold Water with Like Colors
DRY: Air Dry is best. If you are drying in the dryer, dry inside out on delicate.
What is your turnaround time for doormats?
Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, but please allow more time around the holidays. Our shipping time is 1-5 days depending on how far you are from Springboro, Ohio.
Can I return my Doormat?
No - due to the personalized nature and the time that it takes making your doormat look perfect, we do not accept returns. But please contact me by email (gracie@fullylovedandfree.com) if you have any problems with your order.
Can I return any other items?

Can I cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled after you place it with Fully Loved & Free. We process orders immediately after orders are placed. If you would like to cancel your order, email us at gracie@fullylovedandfree.com
What if my doormat is wrong?
I wish no one made mistakes, but we do. If you are not satisfied with your order or see a mistake, email us (gracie@fullylovedandfree.com) and we will try our best to come to an agreement about issue.

How do I place an order for a doormat?
In order to keep up with the new products and different parts of our business, we have decided to only sell doormats 4 months of the year. Visit our doormats page for more information.
