Can I return my Doormat?

No - due to the personalized nature and the time that it takes making your doormat look perfect, we do not accept returns. But please contact me by email (gracie@fullylovedandfree.com) if you have any problems with your order.

What if my doormat is wrong?

I wish no one made mistakes, but we do. If you are not satisfied with your order or see a mistake, email us (gracie@fullylovedandfree.com) and we will try our best to come to an agreement about issue. 

**If you contact us about your order after 7 days, we will be unable to refund or replace your order.**

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled after you place it with Fully Loved & Free. We process orders immediately after orders are placed. If you would like to cancel your order, email us at gracie@fullylovedandfree.com immediately and we will see what we can do. 

Do you accept clothing returns?

No. Most of our clothing is made to order, therefore we do not accept returns. 

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 days.

What is your turnaround time for clothing?

Most of our clothing is made to order. Therefore, once you place your order, it will take 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped. (Due to the pandemic, shipping times may vary.)

Doormats will not be refunded or replaced from wear.
